I recently bought one of these handsets, arrived in my city on 10/24. I was very anxious to take my hands, but what came to me was only frustration and the feeling of deceit on the part of the Vernee, the device worked for only 40 minutes, when I used the camera the phone simply stopped, in seconds the screen was white two-tone and did not work anymore. I am deeply irritated by this situation, because the investment was not cheap, in Brazil the rates are high, and I was injured, robbed so to speak and without having to do. I ask the kindness to at least give me back my money, the vernee apollo cost me R $ 600,00 (seissentos reais) plus the customs fees R $ 312,00 (three hundred and twelve Reais) or to send me another device (that works). I believe that Vernee strives to be a worthy company and that it respects its customers above all else, I believe they strive hard to deliver state-of-the-art technology, desing and quality to their customers worldwide, so believing that, I know they will take the proper arrangements for my problem. Agado, with enough anticipation, a brief return of the company and with the solution to this misfortune.
     Thank you.
